„very comfortable room and QUIET property, which I loved. Beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept so good! My ONLY complaint, is that the fireplace cant be on for long before making the room feel like a sauna, and there is no way to turn town the flames. And the thermostat was a little hard to figure out how to manage the room temperature, even WITH the instructions provided. But not a huge deal. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.“

„This was our 4th winter visiting friends in Sebastopol, our new home away from home.We loved our 3 week stay at Donna and Keith's Hodge Podge Lodge located behind their house at the end of the country lane. It was convenient to downtown, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, and all of surrounding wonders of Sonoma County wine country, Redwoods, and coast. We loved that we could walk everywhere. „We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). „We stayed here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. It’s a beautiful property and had a wonderful time. The hot tub was a great addition. The kitchen was very helpful to make our own dinner & grilled our steaks outside. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 experience.“

„My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in the bunkhouse in early March. Suzanne is a very generous and welcoming host -- thank you again for the delicious bottle of sauvignon blanc and other goodies! Communications with Suzanne were always clear and timely. The bunkhouse is very comfortable for a couple, with nice linens on the bed, plentiful towels in the bath, plenty of coffee for the morning. „Classy Sea Ranch architecture, not a big space, but well thought out in the layout of the main room.Bathroom looks fairly modern.Interesting plywood paneling interior walls.The best part was the large west facing windows, through which you could watch the sun setting over the Pacific.“

„Great house in all the important ways but a few annoying glitches. The instruction book had 8 pages on the rules of bocce ball and zero on how to use the TV (which we never figured out how to use) or how to use the coffee machine (also never figured that out). Basketball hoop was a big plus for my son-in-law but all the basketballs were flat and we were told to find the pump (which we never found). „We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. “

„This little house was absolutely lovely! The views are amazing - you are literally right on the cliffside and have a view of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. It's got a decent kitchen, and a great bathtub. It's also only 2 miles from Pt Cabrillo lighthouse, so you can easily walk there. Great stargazing, too. One of the best places I've stayed!“

„Wonderful spot to stay especially if you value being able to easily walk to tasting rooms, restaurants & shopping while still enjoying a huge yard, trees and birds. „My family of four enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. Only thing wrong is we wish we could have stayed longer. Swimming in the beautiful pool was a treat and hearing the neighbor's roosters & chickens were a delight. Bonus for the cute cows next door too. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Short drive into the square and vineyard for our event. Also liked the sound machine in the bedroom. Thank for a lovely stay. “
