„Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zustand des Hotels ist in einem guten Zustand allerdings sind die Einrichtungen schon sehr veraltet. Ist eher ein vier Sterne Hotel oder aber kein fünf Sterne Hotel mehr. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel hätte man die Einrichtungen im Bad zum Beispiel öfters erneuern sollen, was hier aber nicht passiert ist.“

„The location of the hotel is really good. The hotel condition is not good. Renovation is going on for a long time and this is impacting Guest's relaxation. The facility is not that good. I had to call multiple times to the room services as so many things are not working. Standing shower after beach visit is always dirty. Food availability is not easy to stay this hotel. Flies are roaming around in the restaurants. All hotel service personals need proper training on food safety, hygiene and ...

„It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you“

„Very appreciate my stay in this Hotel, middle in the city, saved a lot of time on travelling in and out. Very clean, i hope it will stay this way further as they are freshly opened. Because of Business trip reasons and late arriving at the hotel I wish they could open the Gym and swimming pool also over the night to be able to use it. All other is just great.“
