„The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me “

„The desk staff were great. The TV didn’t work ( couldn’t turn it on) in my room. The bed sheets on one bed looked grayish instead of crisp white. A friend who traveled with me found fake eyelashes stuck to the TV remote in her room. Her tissue box was not in a plastic case & the tissues looked faded, not white tissues.
