„Property is great to hang out with family. Conveniently located to access all nearby attractions. host is great to interact with. It would have been awesome if washer and dryer were part of the stay but no biggie. You just need to be careful when accessing the property in night as there are less lights on road. Rely on gps “

„Beautiful, spacious home with a modern country feel. Plenty of room to spread out and table space to gather around. Wood fireplace kept us cozy during a very cold, snowy weekend. Mitch plowed and shoveled the driveway several times for us. They provided every amenity that we needed to prepare our meals, I look forward to going back!!“

„I gave up on reviews that say how clean a property was. This rental was truly clean! The surroundings were not pleasant (yet properties in February in New York are all pretty war torn). There were only two of us who stayed this trip and the two bedrooms were nice, however, the living room area only had seating for 3 or a very close together seating for 4. The hosts went out of their way to try to make everything convenient and pleasant. “

„We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. The cottage was bright and airy with several windows affording views and natural light. Clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. . “

„The property photos and descriptions are mostly accurate. The 4 main house bedrooms are all good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The annex apartment was nicely appointed, the only issue is that everyone in our family is tall, and the loft bed with its low ceiling was a bit challenging. The kitchen has been modernized and well appointed. Overall the house is spacious with several "living areas" allowing a family to spread out. The bathrooms have been somewhat updated but the 2 ...
