„The hallway and room did not smell good at all. The hallway just smelled old, but the room smelled worse. We went and got air freshener. There were soft spots in the floor leading to our room all along the center of the hallway. The room and bathroom were clean, the fridge did not work in our room. Only complaint is at 930 a.m. room service starting banging on the door waking us up and asking if we were leaving or not because they had to clean the room even though checkout was not until 11:00 a.m. This was aggravating to say the least but other then that stay was good.“
