„The property is clean and well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable. There is a wide selection of restaurants. The service at the restaurants is slow - sometimes taking 1 hours for food. When it arrives, the food is generally good. But, the restaurants seem understaffed and overwhelmed. „The 28th floor concierge Aldo was absolutely amazing, as was the 12th floor bartender Roberto. Israel at the door remembered our names and was also amazing. There are so many others there that were super awesome there. I can’t wait to go back again. I’m already trying to reserve another trip back. The staff really felt like family.
