"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer werden alle drei Tage komplett gereinigt werden und das Bett wird frisch bezogen. Man erhält täglich frische Handtücher und eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zwei U-Bahn- Stationen sind in guter Erreichbarkeit. Es gibt eine große Mall (Times Square) in der Nähe (15 min zu Fuß). Zu Fuß sind auch viele koreanische Restaurants erreichbar. Es gibt einen CU (Convincestore) um die Ecke und drei weitere Conviniencstores (Cu und GS25) in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Singil (in ca. 5-8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen)."

Beim Check-In war ein Deposit nötig, dieser wurde mit dem Check-Out erstattet. Besonders positiv sind mir die vielen Aufzüge aufgefallen und die kulinarische Vielfalt (auch Roomservice). "

Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"
