„The cabin was great, very peaceful, and relaxing“

„Location was great and loved being on the lake other than that we had issues. The floors were not swept or mopped. We swept and mopped. Baseboards were dirty as well as the mantel. Smoke detectors were beeping. Someone dropped off batteries at 4am so we had to replace. Air was very musty so we pulled the a/c filters out and they were filthy. We cleaned. Clean comforters were on the floor in the closet. Washer and dryer were in the basement which was very creepy, cluttered and damp with poor ...

„I appreciated the free parking across the street, the a/c & ceiling fans. I had trouble with the lockbox, but was rescued by the kind owner of the shop next door. (She graciously helped me again as I was leaving.) I climbed 18 steps & entered to find the place as described in the listing. I appreciated having both a kitchen table & a long counter with additional chairs that I used as a desk & workspace. Suggestion: I'm a tea drinker & would've liked a tea pot in which to boil water. „We stayed here and it was a true paradise, very quiet and very very pretty. The cottage is on a really nice bend in the river, you can sit on the front porch and just watch it go by.
