A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. I think some posted store/office hours that are kept by owner or friend when she's busy would be a plus -- The photo shows the cute gift shop, one of the reasons I chose this location, ...

„Unique property. 3rd floor of old stone mill on the stream going through Little Falls turned into bed and breakfast type facility. Rooms are big and nicely done with modern bathroom fixtures, comfortable bed. Sounds travel in the building so pretty easy to hear neighboring conversations. Self-serve breakfast was great as they kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to look out the window at the stream behind the building at the wintering ducks. Enjoyed out stay.“

„Nachts fahren die Güterzüge alle 1/2 Stunden ca. 80 Meter am Zimmer vorbei. Die Güterzüge sind sehr lang ( mehr als 100 Güterwagen) es dauert also entsprechend lange bis wieder Ruhe ist Schlafen also so gut wie unmöglich. 1/2 Stunde dösen und auf den nächsten Zug warten.“

„Enroute to the motel, I took a look at some prior reviews and got real nervous. Luckily, I found them to be very misleading (false even.) Cons - Entering the room (#1) it smelled like cigarettes. The southwest corner of the ceiling looked like it could fall in. The shower is very small. The commode space is even smaller. There was no soap provided. Pros - The linens did not smell at all like cigarettes. The ceiling didn't fall in. The shower and commode were relatively new and clean. I had a ...
