Umweltfreundlicher Urlaub in Asien buchen

Our fourth stay at Angsana was rather disappointing. On arrival the toilets in the foyer were dirty and there was too much commotion from loud wedding guests. The check in process was very short and impersonal, different than what we were used to. Overall the room was fine and big enough. But housekeeping sometimes only took place late in the afternoon. The breakfast selection used to be better, for example there was no Nutella anymore. The worst experience was on the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers and the construction noise from the Xana was extremely annoying. The price for 2 espressos at the beach bar (10 euros) was an outrage and in no way justified. Many new, ugly buildings are being built in the area around the hotel, with a corresponding amount of construction noise. The Laguna Area has lost its once-unique charm forever. Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and not very friendly, especially compared to the neighboring hotels Dusit and Saii. We had the impression that the event guests were given priority. For example, the beach was therefore not fully usable for normal guests. The hotel is now more of an event location than an oasis of relaxation which is very unfortunate. The Angsana still has a unique location. We don't rule out returning, but under different conditions (no construction noise, facilities renovated accordingly, etc.)

If I could, I would give this hotel and the staff 10 out of 5 stars. Everything was more than perfect. Super facilities, everything clean, incredibly friendly staff, large, bright and friendly rooms, always good food. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It was the perfect hotel for a perfect vacation. Always happy to return.

We had the most AMAZING time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. Our beach pool villa was incredible. The pool has a great size for swimming and the jacuzzi is heated. And you are just a short walk from the beach and you have a beautiful view of the beach from the comfort of the Villa. While we were there we enjoyed a deep tissue couples massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had - the masseuse totally made the bump at the back of my neck disappear. I am just in awe of her technique! We also enjoyed dinner twice at the Saffron Restaurant, which has some of the best Thai food we ever had. The chef comes to greet her guests personally and the staff is just wonderful. And this is true for the overall experience here - the staff was so professional, friendly and thoughtful. We even received little gifts every evening and there is also a complimentary snack brought to you in the afternoon. The Watercourt Restaurant where breakfast is served is also very, very good and the staff will prepare delicious dishes for you on demand and also cut fresh fruit for you! Unfortunately, I do not have all the names of the incredible staff we met, but a big THANK YOU to Mi, Ngan, Hai and the manager Dao. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully be able to come back soon ❤️

Ich war das achte Mal auf den Malediven. Zum dritten Mal auf dieser Insel. Dir kurze Anreise die außergewöhnliche Behandlung als Gast die Ruhe (only adults) und die Sterneküche sind für mich das ausschlaggebende warum ich immer wieder hier her komme. Wüsste keine preiswertere Insel wenn man einen Wasserbungalow mit Pool haben möchte. Die Bungalows werden gerade renoviert. Das ist gut so weil sie ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sind aber nur kleine optische Sachen. Sunset Bungalows haben nachmittags für ca. 3 Stunden keinerlei Schatten auf der Terrasse. Dies ist das einzige minimale Manko.

Hier wird Dienstleistung noch GROSS geschrieben! Ein Extrem entspannter Aufenthalt im Paradies. Seitens des Hotels ist alles durch organisiert. Vom Abholen in Male bis Einchecken beim Rückflug! Immer wieder gerne!!!

Wunderschöne Insel, alle super freundlich. Essen so reichhaltig, für jeden ist was dabei. Dann noch diese kleines Snack Büffets nach jedem Essen falls man verspätet ist, es gibt immer etwas. All in, gleich all in. Habe nicht zu reklamieren.
