„Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal im Cliff-Hotel anläßlich einer Hochzeit bei Freunden. Der Service ist ok, die Betten gut. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist allerdings ein Witz, viel zu dunkel, keine Beleuchtung in Spiegelnähe, nur ein paar eingebaute Deckenleuchten. Zum Schminken etc. muss man sich im Zimmer vor den Spiegel setzen. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss direkt unter dem Dach, wo es trotz Ventilator unerträglich heiß war (bei Außentemperaturen knapp über 20 Grad). Wir haben dann ...

„My colleagues who stayed there were appalled at the state of this place . The room was filthy and look at the state of the shower screen - covered in Algae . The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. “

„We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd ...

„We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that.“
