„Excellent stay! “

„We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times.“

„Having the free shuttle service was amazing! Loved the work out room, pool/hot tub was very clean. Only complaint was out room sink was having a hard time draining. Room was clean and very comfortable! Cant wait to go back “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„The Embassy was a very nice location. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The food was good and the social hour was fun. Our room was clean, but the only issue I had was the conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Other than that we had a great stay.“
