„What more could you ask for than a property where the supermarket (and many eateries) are around the corner and the bus stop is opposite the front door. Rayrigg is perfectly located, with a bus every 20 mins to take you to the railway station (about a 10 minute walk) or to other towns in the District. Just note, if you are challenged by directions, Lake Windermere is in an area called Bowness, and about a 45 minute walk to Ellerthwaite Square. I had the top room, so plenty of stairs to climb, ...

„Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. „What an amazing stay. We loved the views and proximity of the beach, and being walking distance of Looe and all it had to offer. The accomodation had it all. A large fridge/freezer, all cooking facilities and utensils, even an iron and bbq. Beds were comfy and I loved seeing the sea from my bed! There was great space to put away clothes and the shower was great. Didn't spend more than £16 on electricity and ate in a fair bit.“

„Wir hatten dieses Objekt als zentralen Punkt für unsere Cornwallreise ausgesucht und es war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist ein kleiner Bungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung, die gepflegt wirkt. Bedingt durch das feuchte Wetter in Verbindung mit dem Wassersport muss man zwingend ein paar kleine Grundregeln zum richtigen Lüften beachten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind ok. In der Küche findet man genug Geschirr für 3 Personen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.“

„We were 6 old school friends, mid 50s looking to relax and reconnect. The house and location, views, garden, matresses, sheets - all was perfect. The heating system had a glitch that the owner deslt with and fixed immediately ( well a day or so after we finally confessed we were unable to use the high tech water/ heater syatem). The view from the outside patio is stunning, the beach just 2min away and has a nice little bar to enjoy a sandwich, coffee or pint. „We booked for a hen party to explore Liverpool and the house was lovely. A great location and a lovely stay. The house was well equipped for 12 people a little worn and could do with little updates but overall a brill place to stay. Allowed an early check in to set up and this was no issue at all. No faults and well recommend.“
