„We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again.“

We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. „We stayed for my son’s graduation from LMU. Check in was a breeze, the neighborhood is really cute and it was close to everything we needed. The house is very well appointed, there was nothing that we felt we needed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and tidy.
