„Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home. ...

„It was a nice place to stay, unique and interesting architecture and layout. I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine.“
