Marc provided 2 kayak’s for our personal use and any questions or concerns I had he promptly responded. Keep in mind it only has a camp toilet but that didn’t bother us. „Tropical Storm Debby couldn’t keep us away! We arrived in a downpour, so getting from the car to the houseboat was a bit tricky but so worth it! Everything you need is provided for a relaxing stay. I’m a hot sleeper and the downstairs bedroom was a little warm but they provide a table fan which was perfect. We were able to walk to a few places and catch an Uber for things a bit far. „The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty.
