„The mattress of one bed was totally broken. That’s not what I expected when I book a room. Those essential things should be checked by the management regularly. Wi-Fi could be better on the balcony. The other amenities in the room where good, these would be a 3-4 star rating.“

„Worth getting the Club level rooms on the 6th floor for a lovely view of the lake. Parking is weird, but oddly accessible/convenient once you lnow what's going on. Fitgers/Pickwicks and other dining a short walk away. Be aware: no direct beach access.“

„I feel like the staff that was working was substandard. The one big fellow was very good at leaning up against the garbage can microwave area, even blocking the garbage for guests. The other fella had on filthy shoes. Maybe the hotel should supply staff with decent shoes.No interaction at all with guests. Staff was not very friendly.“
