„One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at- the room was beyond expectations. Very cool new decor, rustic/industrial. Loved the bed, bathroom- the ambiance throughout entire hotel so nice, and bar area with fireplaces. Service could have been a bit more friendly at bar. Served a specialty drink in a regular mug, not impressed. Burger was awesome. Front desk staff super nice. Wish I hadn’t been tired, the rooftop hot tub and sauna looked awesome. “

„The mattress of one bed was totally broken. That’s not what I expected when I book a room. Those essential things should be checked by the management regularly. Wi-Fi could be better on the balcony. The other amenities in the room where good, these would be a 3-4 star rating.“

„We checked on Friday March 14, 2025. The gal at the front desk was really friendly and answered all our questions. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The bar was open and we were given $1 off coupons. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered many options and was well stocked the entire time. The hotel was conveniently located to the hockey arenas. Would recommend this hotel!“
