„The only thing i struggled with was the creaky floorboards outside and my room, and also what sounded like above me. Apart from that i felt like home from home almost. Very helpful and friendly staff helping me out from the moment i droppd my bags and case accidently when i arrived and the lady on reception came straight out to help me. A lovely stay and i will come back. “

„The Thomas James Hotel is great value for the money and all the staff were friendly the only downside would be if you find it hard to climb stairs there is on lifts but otherwise its great value. “
